INTRODUCTION

The LIVIZA Work Organization Manual sets out the Administrative, Financial and Accounting procedures. It is an instrument of organization of work which makes it possible to:

• Describe the tasks and operations to be carried out at the work station level to ensure that their incumbents perform the activities and tasks properly assigned to them;

• Formalize the operating procedures to be followed up in each case, to enable each employee of LIVIZA to act in a safe, fast and responsible way in each situation;

• And translate into clear terms the rules and instructions for a given work or activity process.
It is the responsibility of the Representative to guide the staff team in order to be effective in implementing the policies outlined in this manual; therefore the management of human resources is the responsibility of the representative of each team. They should refer to this manual to ensure that these practices are implemented consistently within the organization.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for enforcing the procedures and systems that support human resources management within LIVIZA, and is available to answer questions or clarify the contents of this manual.
LIVIZA’s benefits plan, including insurance (sickness, etc.) are coordinated by the Administrative Assistant.
