3. New Company: A New Company SPV will be used as the Group Vehicle for the African Aurora Project
4. Brief Description of Project: We are establishing a fully integrated Group of Hospitals that will span Africa (and also the Middle East). The Group will leverage economies of scale, construction technology, systems, integrated sourcing of supplies, central management, Integrated Waste to Energy Power Generation, High End Medical Tourism and integrated funding to operate as an African Managed and Based Entity. The Group has also developed and own its own Global Hospital Management Software System, which will effectively control and manage every aspect of these

Hospitals to a very high degree of accuracy.

We have completed feasibility studies for the first 27 Hospitals and have more than 13 additional studies in progress, with 10 more to follow after that is completed (50 Total Now). To Top the List of Facilities, we also have a very unique University & Special Procedures Hospital, Resort & Private School combination, to be based on its own secure and International “Status” Island.
