COUNTRY BY COUNTRY VALIDATION OF THE PROJECT FINANCING PRINCIPLE : Duration:6(six) month

• Deployment of LIVIZA GROUP teams in each country for the individual presentation of the project financing principle in their country
• Obtening an agreement
• Agreements signature between the Goverment and LIVIZA GROUP
• REDEFINING OF THE PROJECT ROUTE BY THE EXPERTS OF EACH COUNTRY AND LIVIZA EXPERTS
  Deployment in each country of the LIVIZA technical expert
• Redefining project route with the collaboration of the experts of the local government and the A.U. representative
• Validation of the project route design

PHASING FOR STUDIES, DESIGN AND START OF WORK BY COUNTRY

STUDIES AND DESIGN – PHASE 1 36000 (Thirty six thousand) km cumulative duration: 8 (eight) years

• Procurement contract for a complete environment analysis that will consider also the phase 2 of the project
• Procurement contrat for the engineering consulting companies(topography, geotechnical, plot, plans, technica l prescriptions, etc.)
• Validation of the studies and design by LIVIZA GROUP in collaboration with the government experts .
• Approval of the studies and design
• Launch the tenders for the constructions companies

CONSTRUCTION -PHASE 1 36000 (thirty six thousand) km cumulative duration: 12 (twelve) years

• Progressive award of work to the construction companies
• Signing of the procurement contract with the construction companies
• Launching of tenders consulting compagnies for the supervision and control
• Award of contract and signature of procurement contract Start of work

STUDIES AND DESIGN – PHASE 2 40000 (forty thousand) km cumulative duration: 8 (eight) years

• Procurement contrat for the engineering consulting technical prescriptions, etc.)
• Validation of the studies and design by LIVIZA GROUP in collaboration with the government experts
• Approval of the studies and design
• Launch the tenders for the constructions companies

CONSTRUCTION- PHASE 2 40000 (forty thousand ) kilometers cumulative duration:15(fifteen)years

• Progressive award of work to the construction companies in scope of 100(hundred) kilometers maximum to reduce
  Signing of the procurement contract with the construction companies
• Launching of tenders consulting companies for the supervision and control
