Statement of Philosophy

STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
LIVIZA wishes to maintain a work environment that promotes the personal and professional growth of all employees. All staff members have a role to play in maintaining such a work environment. As a result of their role, managers and supervisors are also responsible for leading in such a way that each person is treated with respect.
To successfully accomplish its heavy mission, LIVIZA bases its philosophy on three following important elements that its staff must observe during its professional life:
– LOVE between the staff without discrimination, nor tendency,
– COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES ESTABLISHED as a basis for the right and duty of staff;
– WORK, our pride.
THESE THREE ELEMENTS WILL BE DEVELOPED IN THE BOOK “PHOLOSOPHY LIVIZA” OR THE FOUNDING CHAIR EXPLAINS THE LIVIZA VISION IN WORK IN DETAIL
All staff members are responsible for:

• facilitating collaboration and communication between them;
• treat each other fairly, with dignity and respect;
• promote harmony and teamwork in all their relationships;
• strive to fully understand the performance standards that have been set, and communicate together to deepen this understanding;
• seek and consider the opinions of other employees and members and invite them to participate in decision-making that affects their work and career;
• encourage the growth and development of employees by helping them achieve their personal goals both within and outside LIVIZA;
• seek to avoid labor disputes and, if a conflict arises, react quickly and fairly to resolve them;
• implement all policies in a fair and equitable manner; knowing that :
– The jobs are different but all important;
– Individual performance should be recognized and measured against pre-established standards;
– Every employee is entitled to fair treatment;

• Recognize that employees can go through difficult times in their personal lives and show compassion and understanding for them.

• Do not feel strange within LIVIZA, but feel in your own home that secures, ensures and makes your future better….
• Favor team spirit through patience, tolerance, forgiveness, submission and service.
