To better carry out its missions, each LIVIZA representative must:

• Have a staff that fully executes the decisions of the hierarchy and is convinced of the reward of his efforts:

o who bases his professionalism on the following three fundamental principles of success: LOVE – RESPECT FOR ESTABLISHED RULES and WORK (effective weapon of its Founding President and of LIVIZA’S MOTTO)
Therefore, LIVIZA needs instruments and means that only an organization based on an exclusively private management mode can provide.

To fulfill its missions in this first phase called: STRATEGIC PHASE OF LIVIZA,

LIVIZA has decided to maintain its international headquarters in Taunusanlage 1-60329 Frankfurt am Main Deutschland – Registergericht: Frankfurt am Main. HRB 93393 in Germany, with different branches in Africa, especially inDEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, CAMEROON, KENYA, ANGOLA, MOZAMBIQUE, CONGO BRAZZA, NIGERIA as well as CHINA (SHANGHAI, SHENZHEN and HONG KONG) USA (NEW YORK), and MEXICO (Mexico city).

In the development phase, the program will be gradually extended in other African countries according to a schedule to be developed.

LIVIZA offers advisory services to African governments and provides them with technical and financial assistance.

This approach would enable the control of technology, the construction of public infrastructures and the creation of many sustainable jobs; all these factors would contribute to dynamic economic growth, eradication of poverty and improvement of people’s living conditions.
