Interstate Highway
INTRODUCTION
LIVIZA GROUP considers the construction of the interconnections routes of the 52 African countries including the Western Sahara, as the backbone of his African Dev-plan (African Development plan)
Thus, LIVIZA GROUP proposes to build 76000 (seventy six thousand) kilometers of highway of this Mega Project in two major phases, a first phase of 36,000 (thirty six thousand) kilometers and a second phase 40,000 ( forty thousand) kilometers.
These highways will be accompanied by two parallel tracks for railway and pipelines for electricity, telecommunication and various fluids
Phase 1 aims to link the capitals (or to the priority interest areas) of each country with the neighboring countries, and this in the objective to ensure continuity of the route without interruption.
Phase 2 will increase the intensity of the route; firstly to densify the access road and railway betweens the towns, and secondly facilitate the rapid access of African population to the cities (zones) and strategic priorities areas of each country, such has the areas of major agricultural activities, areas of major commercial activities, areas of large mining projects, the areas of highest density of populations, and the remote areas.
LIVIZA does not exclude a third phase of this project in the future for the extension of highways and railways in some African countries depending of the needs and the growth of those countries.
